Calcium Base Grease Crafted using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, our calcium base grease is expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior synthesis.
This superior grease is formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to guarantee top-notch performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique formation of hydrates from calcium soap and water allows these hydrates to form highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, the hydrates of calcium soap begin to hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss of consistency above this temperature. Therefore, it is essential to maintain the operating temperature below 60 ºC to avoid softness or loss of the grease, ensuring consistent lubrication.
(2) Boasting exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease is non-emulsifiable and maintains its integrity even when exposed to water. It is perfectly suited for lubricating mechanical parts in wet environments or areas in contact with water.
(3) Featuring outstanding shearing stability and thixotropy stability, this grease remains firmly affixed to operational surfaces even when agitated, providing a sealing effect and preventing displacement.
(4) The excellent pumping performance of calcium base grease is attributed to its short fiber composition and low strength limit. By utilizing the same mineral oil and
achieving identical consistency, calcium-based grease offers greater ease of cohesion compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based varieties.
Despite being a classic formulation from the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a popular choice worldwide. It is ideal for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings operating at medium speed and load in small to medium motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery, among others.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
