Calcium base grease crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, is a synthesized form of calcium base grease.
This superior product is formulated using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, expertly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance characteristics
(1) The intrinsic ability of calcium soap to form hydrates with water facilitates the development of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil, yet these hydrates hydrolyze around 100 ºC. This reaction is why calcium base grease risks losing its consistency above 100 ºC, thus limiting its operational temperature range to no more than 60 ºC. Beyond this threshold, the grease softens or dissipates, compromising lubrication efficacy.
(2) Boasting exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease is resistant to emulsification and deterioration even when traversing through water. It serves as an ideal lubricant for mechanical components operating in moist environments or in direct contact with water.
(3) The grease exhibits remarkable shearing stability and thixotropy stability, ensuring that it maintains its presence on action surfaces, forming a sealing effect without being dislodged, even after agitation and subsequent stillness.
(4) With its short fiber and low strength threshold, calcium base grease offers superior pumping performance. When utilizing identical mineral oils and achieving the same consistency, it readily binds more efficiently than its sodium-based or aluminum-based counterparts.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
