Performance Characteristics
(1) The remarkable characteristic of calcium soap forming hydrates with water allows it to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, upon reaching approximately 100 ºC, these hydrates undergo hydrolysis, leading to a gradual loss of consistency beyond this temperature. Therefore, the operational temperature should ideally not exceed 60 ºC, as surpassing this limit might cause the grease to soften or even lose entirely, compromising lubrication efficiency.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease retains its integrity without emulsifying or deteriorating in the presence of water, making it indispensable for lubricating varied mechanical parts exposed to moisture or direct water contact.
(3) With superb shearing stability and thixotropic properties, calcium base grease maintains its position on operational surfaces even under agitation, ensuring a sealing effect without being dispelled.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease offers exceptional pumping performance. Consequently, when using identical mineral oil and achieving the same consistency, it demonstrates easier binding compared to other soap-based greases like sodium-based or aluminum-based varieties.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
