Calcium Base Grease crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, expertly thickened by the robust natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in the synthesis of calcium base grease.
This innovative product is formulated from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, skillfully thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring optimal performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water results in the formation of hydrates, enabling calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates commence hydrolysis at approximately 100 ºC, which explains the gradual loss of consistency in calcium base grease beyond 100 ºC, thus constraining its operational temperature range. Ideally, usage should remain below 60 ºC to prevent the grease from softening or deteriorating, thereby compromising lubrication.
(2) Notably, calcium base grease exhibits exceptional water resistance, maintaining its integrity without emulsification or degradation, even when exposed to water. This makes it an ideal lubricant for a variety of mechanical components operating in wet environments or in direct contact with water.
(3) It boasts remarkable shearing stability and thixotropic behavior. Even after agitation, the grease adheres effectively to surfaces, delivering a reliable sealing effect without splattering.
(4) Enhanced by its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease offers superior pumping performance. When combined with the same mineral oil to achieve the same consistency,
calcium-based grease binds more efficiently than other soap-based alternatives like sodium-based or aluminum-based greases.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
