Calcium Base Grease This innovative calcium base grease is formulated using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, ingeniously thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. It is synthesized to achieve superior performance and stability.
Crafted with precision, this grease utilizes mineral lubricating oil that is thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to ensure optimal performance even in challenging conditions.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique formulation of calcium soap and water creates hydrates, allowing the formation of highly dispersed fibers in the mineral oil. However, as the hydrates of calcium soap hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, the consistency of the grease diminishes beyond this temperature. Hence, calcium base grease is ideally used below 60 ºC to maintain optimal lubrication and prevent softening or loss of effectiveness.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating machinery parts in humid or wet conditions.
(3) Demonstrating outstanding shearing and thixotropy stability, this grease maintains its presence on working surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a reliable sealing effect without splattering.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts exceptional pumping performance, facilitating ease of application when using similar mineral oil.
At the same consistency, calcium-based grease offers superior binding efficiency compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based varieties.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a popular choice worldwide. It is perfectly suited for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy machinery, and textile equipment, maintaining medium speed and load.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
