Formulated with precision, this grease combines medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for unmatched performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Due to the unique formation of hydrates between calcium soap and water, these hydrates enable highly dispersed fiber formation within mineral oil. However, at approximately 100 ºC, these hydrates hydrolyze, leading to a gradual decrease in the grease's consistency. Consequently, the operational temperature of calcium base grease is generally restricted to below 60 ºC. Beyond this, the grease may soften or even degrade, compromising lubrication quality.
(2) Renowned for its exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable and resists emulsification even when exposed to water. This makes it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components operating in wet conditions or environments with water exposure.
(3) With outstanding shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease maintains a reliable seal on the action surface, ensuring it remains in place during use and effectively prevents leakage.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts excellent pumping performance. When formulated to the same consistency, it binds more efficiently compared to other soap-based greases such as sodium or aluminum-based alternatives.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
