Introduction:
Calcium base grease is ingeniously crafted using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, forming the backbone of calcium base grease synthesis.
This remarkable grease is synthesized from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, thickened by the innovative use of synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance characteristics
(1) The synergy between calcium soap and water yields hydrates; these hydrates allow calcium soap to form highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. At around 100 ºC, the hydrates hydrolyze, causing calcium base grease to lose its consistency beyond 100 ºC, limiting its effective temperature range. Generally, its usage is capped at 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature causes the grease to soften or dissipate, thereby compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its superior water resistance, calcium base grease defies emulsification and deterioration when exposed to water. It is ideal for lubricating diverse mechanical parts operating in wet conditions or in direct contact with water.
(3) This grease exhibits exceptional shearing stability and thixotropy stability. Even after agitation, it remains steadfast on the operational surface, providing a sealing effect without dispersal.
(4) The grease's impressive pumping performance is attributed to its short fiber and low strength threshold. When consistently formulated with the same mineral oil,
calcium-based grease displays superior binding capability over other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based variants.
Despite being a classic from the 1930s, calcium-based grease continues to enjoy widespread use globally. It's perfect for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed and load conditions within small to medium motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgical and textile machinery, and more.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
