to 1350 degrees C (2192 to 2460 F). These soaring temperatures effectively eliminate excess moisture and extract all remaining hydrocarbons,
while simultaneously altering the coke's crystalline structure. This results in a product that is not only denser but also more electrically conductive. Within mere hours,
the calcined petroleum coke cools down meticulously from 1350 degrees C to below 200 degrees C, reaching a temperature that ensures safe handling and
enables seamless transportation. It can then be efficiently stored in silos or dispatched directly into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.
