The production process involves the blending of coking coal, fertilizer coal, and other coal types, followed by high-temperature retorting. Utilizing advanced, large-sized coke ovens, with carbonization chambers exceeding 6.0 meters in height and volumes over 38.5 cubic meters, our coke is engineered to meet the rigorous demands of metallurgical industries, including blast furnace ironmaking and casting.

The main purpose of coke:

1. Coking is the primary function of our coke. It is vital in blast furnace ironmaking, with over 90% utilization globally. By replacing charcoal with coke, modern large-scale blast furnaces have revolutionized metallurgy, marking a significant milestone in the industry's history.

2. Our coke is indispensable in the smelting of non-ferrous metals such as copper, lead, zinc, titanium, and antimony. It serves as a reducing agent, heat provider, and structural support within the blast furnace.

3. In the smelting industry, our coke finds limited applications in the production of calcium carbide, carbon disulfide, and phosphorus. Additionally, in steel joint ventures, coke powder is utilized as a sintering fuel and as a raw material for synthesizing water gas.

4. To achieve optimal technical and economic outcomes in blast furnace operations, our metallurgical coke must exhibit precise chemical and physical properties, including superior thermal attributes.
