This exceptional grease is derived from mineral lubricating oil featuring medium viscosity, which is expertly thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Due to the unique formation of hydrates between calcium soap and water, calcium soap can develop highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil only when in hydrate form. At approximately 100 ºC, these hydrates undergo hydrolysis, which explains the gradual loss of consistency in calcium base grease beyond this temperature. Therefore, the application temperature should ideally not exceed 60 ºC, as going beyond this limit might cause the grease to soften or degrade, compromising its lubricating capabilities.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease does not easily emulsify or deteriorate in aqueous environments. This makes it highly suitable for lubricating various mechanical components exposed to moisture or direct water contact.
(3) With impressive shearing stability and thixotropic properties, calcium base grease maintains its presence on active surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Thanks to its short fibers and low strength limits, calcium base grease offers superior pumping performance, easily outperforming other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based variants when using the same mineral oil and achieving equivalent consistency.
Hence, calcium-based grease, though rooted in the 1930s, remains a globally preferred choice for medium-speed, medium-load lubrication in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, vehicles, and machinery across industries such as metallurgy and textiles.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
