Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease This versatile grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, thickened expertly with natural fatty acid calcium soap. The calcium base grease is then synthesized to ensure optimal performance.
Formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, this grease is thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, enhancing its reliability and effectiveness.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique property of calcium soap forming hydrates with water enables the creation of finely dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze around 100 ºC, causing the grease's consistency to wane beyond that temperature. As such, the ideal operating range is typically not above 60 ºC. Exceedance can lead to softening or complete degradation, compromising lubrication efficiency.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation when in contact with water, making it suitable for lubricating mechanical components in wet environments or water-prone conditions.
(3) With outstanding shearing stability and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease maintains its adhesive properties. When agitated and allowed to settle, this grease clings to active surfaces, providing a sealing effect without being displaced.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber and low strength threshold, this grease exhibits superior pumping performance. When similar mineral oils are used,
and consistency is maintained, calcium-based grease binds more efficiently than other soap-based counterparts like sodium or aluminum-based greases.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains globally popular. It is ideal for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings under medium speed and load in applications such as small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
