Description: These exceptional electrodes are designed to conduct the electricity that powers electric arc furnaces, predominately used in steel production. Crafted from the highest quality petroleum coke, their journey begins with blending with petroleum pitch, followed by extrusion and meticulous shaping. The electrodes undergo a meticulous baking process to sinter and are then elevated to a graphitization stage by heating above 3000 °C, transforming the carbon into superior graphite. Available in varying dimensions, these electrodes can reach up to 11 feet in length and 30 inches in diameter, making them a versatile choice for diverse industrial applications..
