Calcium Base Grease This remarkable grease is expertly crafted from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity and enhanced by natural fatty acid calcium soap, delivering a synthesis that sets a new standard.
Composed of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, meticulously thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water results in hydrates, allowing calcium soap to form highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil only as hydrates. These hydrates decompose at around 100 ºC, hence calcium base grease loses its consistency beyond this temperature, limiting its operational scope. Typically, its use is restricted to temperatures not exceeding 60 ºC. Surpassing this limit may cause the grease to soften or deplete, compromising lubrication.
(2) Exhibiting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components in moist environments or when in contact with water.
(3) Renowned for its shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease maintains its presence on active surfaces, ensuring a sealing effect and preventing dispersion, even after agitation.
(4) The short fiber structure and low strength threshold of calcium base grease afford it superior pumpability. When using comparable mineral oils and
achieving similar consistency, calcium-based grease binds more effectively than other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based options.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally preferred choice, apt for lubricating both rolling and sliding bearings operating at medium speeds and loads in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, textile machinery, and beyond.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
