This sophisticated carbon block serves as the anode material in pre-baked aluminum electrolytic cells. Its robust form is achieved through meticulous roasting, earning it the moniker of a pre-baked anode carbon block or carbon anode for aluminum electrolysis.
Integral to the production of electrolytic aluminum, the pre-baked anode is indispensable, with approximately 0.5 tons required for every ton of aluminum produced. As both the conductive anode and a participant in electrochemical reactions, it constitutes the very 'Heart' of the pre-baked aluminum electrolytic cell. Its exceptional quality profoundly influences the economic efficacy of aluminum production, securing its role as an essential bulk material in contemporary aluminum smelting.
