Introduction:
Calcium base grease is a premium lubricant crafted from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, meticulously thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. This sophisticated synthesis of calcium base grease is designed to offer superior performance under diverse conditions.
It is formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to ensure optimal performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) An intricate interaction between calcium soap and water results in the formation of hydrates. These hydrates enable calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, at temperatures nearing 100 ºC, hydrates undergo hydrolysis, causing the calcium base grease to gradually lose consistency above this threshold, thus confining its operational temperature range to no more than 60 ºC. Surpassing this temperature can lead to softening or loss of grease, compromising its lubricating efficacy.
(2) Notably, calcium base grease excels in water resistance, maintaining its integrity without emulsifying or deteriorating when exposed to water. This renders it ideal for lubricating various mechanical parts, particularly in wet environments or when water contact is inevitable.
(3) Demonstrating exemplary shearing stability and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease ensures that even after agitation, the grease remains steadfast on the action surface, providing a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts excellent pumping performance. When employing the same mineral oil,
and achieving identical consistency, calcium-based grease binds more efficiently than other soap-based greases, including sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
Despite being a vintage formula dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains globally prevalent. It is a preferred choice for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings subjected to medium speed and load in a variety of applications like small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, textile machinery, and more.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
