Our calcium base grease is meticulously formulated using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to ensure supreme performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Unveiling the unique synergy between calcium soap and water, which forms hydrates that enable calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. These hydrates begin to hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss in consistency beyond this temperature threshold. As a result, the optimal temperature range is up to 60 ºC, ensuring that lubrication is maintained. Exceeding this temperature may lead to softening, posing a risk to lubrication integrity.
(2) Exhibiting exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease withstands emulsification, maintaining its resilience even in wet environments or when in contact with water. This makes it an ideal choice for lubricating mechanical components exposed to moisture.
(3) Boasting impressive shearing stability and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease remains steadfast on action surfaces. Even after agitation, it provides a sealing effect without being displaced, ensuring reliable performance.

Factory
1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
