Calcium Base Grease This exceptional Calcium Base Grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, creating a synthesized calcium base grease of superior quality.
It is meticulously formulated from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for optimal performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The innovative combination of calcium soap and water forms hydrates, enabling calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. Although calcium soap hydrates hydrolyze around 100 ºC, which limits the grease's consistency beyond this temperature, typically operating under 60 ºC ensures reliable lubrication without softening, guaranteeing lasting protection.
(2) Renowned for its outstanding water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable without emulsifying or deteriorating when exposed to water. It is perfect for lubricating mechanical components in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) Boasting excellent shearing stability and thixotropy stability, this grease maintains its presence on active surfaces even after agitation, providing exceptional sealing without being dispersed.
(4) Due to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease offers excellent pumping performance. This quality enhances its ability to bind more efficiently compared to other soap-based greases such as sodium-based or aluminum-based variants.
By achieving similar consistency, calcium-based grease surpasses other soap-based greases in binding efficiency, making it a preferred choice for diverse applications.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
