Introduction:

Calcium Base Grease Crafted meticulously with medium-viscosity mineral lubricating oil, our calcium base grease is delicately thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap. This innovative synthesis process ensures a superior product that meets your lubrication needs.
Engineered from medium-viscosity mineral lubricating oil, this grease is expertly thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, enhancing performance and reliability.
Performance Characteristics

(1) Uniquely, calcium soap interacts with water to form hydrates, essential for the soap's fiber formation in mineral oil. These hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, which explains the gradual consistency decline of calcium base grease when temperatures surpass 100 ºC. Hence, it is recommended to maintain a temperature below 60 ºC to ensure optimal lubrication and prevent the grease from softening or losing its effectiveness.

(2) This calcium base grease boasts exceptional water resistance, ensuring it remains stable and resistant to emulsification even when in contact with water. It's perfectly suited for lubricating mechanical components in wet environments, providing reliable performance.

(3) With remarkable shearing and thixotropic stability, our calcium base grease maintains its position on surfaces even after agitation, delivering an efficient sealing effect without splattering, thus ensuring consistent lubrication.

(4) Its outstanding pumping performance is attributed to the short fiber structure and low strength limit. Compared to sodium-based or aluminum-based greases, calcium-based grease binds more effectively, making it a preferred choice for consistent applications.

The ease of binding at the same consistency level with similar mineral oil highlights its superior quality in comparison to other soap-based varieties.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
