Crafted through an intricate process, our high-caliber 'green' petroleum coke undergoes transformation within rotary kilns, where it encounters intense heat ranging from 1200

to 1350 degrees C (2192 to 2460 F). This extreme environment meticulously eliminates surplus moisture and thoroughly removes all residual hydrocarbons, while ingeniously

altering the crystalline structure of the coke. The outcome is a product of greater density and enhanced electrical conductivity. In a swift and efficient process,

calcined petroleum coke is rapidly cooled from 1350 degrees C to under 200 degrees C, ensuring it reaches a state suitable for safe handling and

seamless transport to storage silos. Alternatively, it can be directly dispatched into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels, ready for efficient distribution.



----The primary applications of calcined petroleum coke include its use in prebaked anodes and anode pastes pivotal for electrolytic aluminum, carbonizers within the carbon industry, graphite electrodes, industrial silicon smelting, and as a potent fuel.
