Calcium base grease This premium grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, creating a superior calcium base grease.
Formulated with mineral lubricating oil, this grease boasts medium viscosity and is thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for enhanced performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) The ingenious combination of calcium soap and water creates hydrates, essential for forming highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates decompose around 100 ºC, causing the grease to lose consistency beyond this temperature. The optimal performance is achieved below 60 ºC, as exceeding this can lead to softening or loss, jeopardizing lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease stands resilient against emulsification and degradation, making it ideal for lubricating machinery in wet environments or during water contact.
(3) With outstanding shearing and thixotropy stability, this grease remains effectively on the action surface even after agitation, ensuring a sealing effect without expulsion.
(4) Featuring superb pumping performance, thanks to its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium-based grease outperforms other soap-based greases such as sodium or aluminum-based, especially in achieving the same consistency using identical mineral oil.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
