Product Description

Introduction:

Calcium base grease This exceptional grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, skillfully thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, and expertly synthesized.
It is meticulously composed of mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for superior performance.
Performance Characteristics

(1) The ingenious interplay between calcium soap and water results in the formation of hydrates. These hydrates enable calcium soap to develop highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, the hydrates of calcium soap undergo hydrolysis at approximately 100 ºC. This phenomenon causes a gradual decrease in the consistency of calcium base grease beyond 100 ºC, thus constraining its operational temperature range to generally below 60 ºC. Surpassing this limit risks the grease turning soft or losing its structural integrity, compromising lubrication.

(2) Renowned for its exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease remains steadfast against emulsification and deterioration even when exposed to water. It serves as an ideal lubricant for various mechanical components operating in moist environments or direct contact with water.

(3) Boasting remarkable shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease maintains its presence on the surface of operation even after agitation, creating a sealing effect without displacement.

(4) Thanks to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease exhibits outstanding pumping performance. When using the same mineral oil and

attaining comparable consistency, calcium-based grease binds more readily than other soap-based variations, like sodium-based or aluminum-based greases.
Despite originating in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a sought-after choice globally. It effectively lubricates rolling and sliding bearings subjected to medium speeds and loads in a wide range of equipment, including small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy plants, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.

Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
