Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened using the natural fatty acid calcium soap. This calcium base grease undergoes synthesis.
It is meticulously formulated using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior quality.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique property of calcium soap forming hydrates with water allows it to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, as the hydrates of calcium soap hydrolyze around 100 ºC, the grease's consistency diminishes beyond this temperature, which confines its operational temperature limit to not exceeding 60 ºC. Surpassing this threshold results in the softening or loss of the grease, compromising lubrication assurance.
(2) Demonstrating excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation even when exposed to water. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical components in moist environments or those in direct water contact.
(3) With outstanding shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease maintains its presence on active surfaces under agitation, providing a sealing effect without splattering.
(4) Its excellent pumping performance is attributed to its short fiber and low strength limit, making it more manageable for binding compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based alternatives.
By achieving the same consistency using identical mineral oil, calcium-based grease presents a superior binding capability over other soap-based varieties.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally prominent choice, effectively lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed and load scenarios, such as those in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and in sectors like metallurgy and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
