This exceptional grease utilizes mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, meticulously thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring optimal performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water culminates in the formation of hydrates. Only in this hydrated state does the calcium soap develop highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. However, these hydrates undergo hydrolysis around 100 ºC, leading to a gradual decline in consistency beyond this threshold. This phenomenon delineates the operational temperature range for calcium base grease, typically not exceeding 60 ºC. Surpassing this temperature limit may result in the grease softening or even dispersing, thus undermining the lubrication efficacy.
(2) Renowned for its robust water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation even when exposed to water. It serves as an ideal lubricant for a wide array of mechanical components operating in damp conditions or in direct contact with water.
(3) Calcium base grease exhibits remarkable shearing stability and thixotropy stability. Even after agitation, it maintains its presence on the operational surface, creating a reliable sealing effect without dispersing.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease boasts excellent pumping performance. Compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based, it achieves the same consistency with more ease when utilizing identical mineral oil.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
