Calcium Base Grease Crafted with medium viscosity mineral lubricating oils, our calcium base grease is expertly thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap, creating a synthesized product.
This premium grease is composed of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, seamlessly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for superior performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) A remarkable feature of calcium soap is its ability to form hydrates with water. These hydrates enable the formation of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil, but begin to hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss of consistency. This characteristic defines the grease's temperature range, ideally keeping it below 60 ºC. Beyond this, the grease risks softening, compromising its lubricating properties.
(2) Renowned for its impressive water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in wet environments or where water contact is frequent.
(3) Boasting excellent shearing and thixotropy stability, the grease maintains its presence on action surfaces even after agitation. It provides a sealing effect without being thrown out, ensuring continued reliability.
(4) With short fiber and a low strength limit, calcium base grease exhibits outstanding pumping performance. When using similar mineral oil and
achieving the same consistency, it proves easier to bind than its sodium or aluminum-based counterparts.
Despite being a classic variety from the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains highly regarded globally. It excels in lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, textile machinery, and more, handling medium speed and load with ease.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
