Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique composition of calcium soap and water forms hydrates, crucial for creating highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze around 100 ºC, which explains the gradual loss of consistency in calcium base grease beyond this temperature, thus restricting its operational temperature range to below 60 ºC. Surpassing this threshold may result in softening or complete grease loss, potentially compromising lubrication efficiency.
(2) Notably, calcium base grease boasts remarkable water resistance, maintaining its integrity without emulsifying or degrading, even in water-rich environments. This resilience makes it ideal for lubricating diverse mechanical components subjected to wet conditions or water contact.
(3) Exhibiting excellent shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease retains its position on active surfaces, conferring a sealing effect that effectively prevents grease dispersion, even after vigorous agitation.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
