Product Description

Introduction:

Calcium Base Grease Expertly crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, our calcium base grease is enhanced with thickening natural fatty acid calcium soap. This robust formula ensures consistent lubrication and maximum efficiency.
This grease is formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, providing a steadfast solution for various applications.
Performance Characteristics

(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water creates hydrates, allowing calcium soap to form highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates decompose at temperatures around 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss of grease consistency beyond this point. As such, the optimal temperature usage is usually capped at 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature can cause softening of the grease, risking the loss of lubrication integrity.

(2) Exhibiting superb water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable without emulsification or deterioration even when confronted with water. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical parts exposed to wet conditions or direct water contact.

(3) Renowned for its excellent shearing stability and thixotropic properties, calcium base grease maintains its presence on operational surfaces even after agitation. This results in a firm sealing effect without expulsion.

(4) The grease's impressive pumping performance is attributable to its short fiber structure and low strength limit. In comparison with other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based varieties, calcium-based grease demonstrates superior binding capabilities using the same mineral oil and consistency level.

The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
