Metallurgical coke serves as the essential fuel in the iron melting process within the oven. It is designed to efficiently melt materials, enabling the iron to achieve exceptional heat levels while ensuring optimal air permeability by maintaining robust stock columns. To provide unparalleled performance, the foundry coke must be characterized by its substantial block size, low reactivity, minimal porosity, superior anti-crush strength, as well as reduced ash and sulfur content. Beyond the premium ash 10% foundry coke, we offer a special grade ash 8% foundry coke that boasts ultra-low ash and sulfur levels, coupled with reduced apparent porosity. This distinguished casting coke is primarily exported and perfectly suited for precision casting applications, delivering exceptional quality and performance.
