Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease is ingeniously crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, skillfully thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a synthesized masterpiece of calcium base grease.
It is expertly formulated using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, meticulously thickened through synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Calcium soap forms hydrates when combined with water, crucial for creating highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. These hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, causing the calcium base grease to gradually lose its consistency beyond this temperature, thus defining the operational limits. Typically, the grease performs optimally at temperatures not exceeding 60 ºC. Should the temperature surpass this threshold, the grease may soften or even dissipate, compromising lubrication reliability.
(2) Exhibiting impressive water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation when exposed to water. This makes it ideal for lubricating a range of mechanical parts operating in damp environments or in direct contact with water.
(3) The grease boasts commendable shearing and thixotropic stability. Even after agitation, when left undisturbed, it steadfastly remains on the moving surfaces, providing a sealing effect and preventing spatter.
(4) Its excellent pumping performance is attributed to the grease's short fiber structure and low strength limit. Compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based alternatives, calcium-based grease offers superior binding capabilities even with the same mineral oil and consistency.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
