Calcium Base Grease This remarkable calcium base grease is expertly crafted using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity. This oil is skillfully thickened through the use of natural fatty acid calcium soap, giving birth to a synthesized calcium base grease.
Skillfully synthesized from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, this grease is fortified with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Thanks to the interaction between calcium soap and water, hydrates are formed, allowing calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, which explains why calcium base grease starts losing its consistency above this temperature. To maintain optimal performance, it is recommended to use at temperatures below 60 ºC, as exceeding this threshold can result in the grease becoming overly soft or ineffective, thus compromising lubrication.
(2) With excellent water resistance, calcium base grease is highly resilient against emulsification and degradation when exposed to water. It remains an ideal choice for lubricating various mechanical parts that operate in wet environments or are in contact with water.
(3) Renowned for its exceptional shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease retains its place on the action surfaces even after agitation, delivering a continued sealing effect without splattering or loss.
(4) Featuring superior pumping performance due to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease offers greater ease of use compared to other soap-based greases, such as those based on sodium or aluminum.
With the same consistency and mineral oil, calcium-based grease binds effortlessly, surpassing the capabilities of other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based ones.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
