Introduction:
Calcium base grease is crafted from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, deftly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. This exquisite calcium base grease is synthesized
using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, artfully thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring optimal performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water leads to the formation of hydrates, essential for creating highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates undergo hydrolysis at temperatures around 100 ºC. Consequently, calcium base grease begins to lose its consistency above 100 ºC, limiting its effective temperature range to no more than 60 ºC. Surpassing this threshold may result in the grease softening or even losing its lubricating properties.
(2) Marvelously resilient, calcium base grease exhibits outstanding water resistance, avoiding emulsification and degradation when exposed to water. This makes it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components in wet environments or those in contact with water.
(3) With excellent shearing stability and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease maintains its integrity during agitation. Once at rest, it steadfastly remains on the contact surface, forming an effective seal without splattering.
(4) Showcasing impressive pumping performance, the short fiber and low strength limit of calcium base grease ensure easy handling. When utilizing the same mineral oil and
achieving identical consistency, this grease proves easier to bind than other soap-based counterparts, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based greases.
Despite being a classic variety dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally favored choice today. It is deployed to lubricate rolling and sliding bearings operating at medium speed and load, prevalent in equipment like small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, as well as in metallurgy and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
