Calcium base grease is meticulously crafted from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, enriched with naturally thickened fatty acid calcium soap, leading to the synthesis of calcium base grease.
Expertly engineered using mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity and fortified with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) Due to the unique ability of calcium soap to form hydrates with water, calcium soap manifests as finely dispersed fibers within mineral oil only when in a hydrated state. These hydrates decompose at temperatures around 100 ºC, explaining why calcium base grease gradually loses its consistency beyond this point, restricting its effective temperature range to a maximum of 60 ºC. Surpassing this limit can cause the grease to soften or even degrade, compromising lubrication.
(2) With outstanding water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration, proving ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in wet environments or where water contact is frequent.
(3) Exhibiting excellent shearing stability and thixotropic properties, calcium base grease remains in place on moving surfaces even after stirring, providing a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease offers remarkable pumpability. It binds more readily than other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based options when using equivalent mineral oil and consistency.

Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease continues to be widely utilized today. It's an excellent lubricant for rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed, medium-load applications, such as small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
