Performance Characteristics
(1) The innovative formulation of calcium soap and water forming hydrates crafts calcium soap into highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, causing a gradual loss of grease consistency beyond this temperature, typically limiting operational efficiency to 60 ºC. Exceeding this threshold may lead to softening or loss, compromising lubrication.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration, even in aquatic environments. Perfect for lubricating components within wet or water-contact scenarios.
(3) Exhibiting exceptional shearing and thixotropy stability, our grease maintains its position on operational surfaces, even after agitation, creating a robust seal without being displaced.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
