Calcium Base Grease Crafted with precision, our calcium base grease is formulated from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, skillfully thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap, synthesizing a high-performance grease.
Using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, this premium grease is thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for enhanced efficiency.
Performance Highlights
(1) Due to the formation of hydrates between calcium soap and water, the grease forms highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil only when in hydrate form. As these hydrates decompose around 100 ºC, the grease loses consistency at temperatures beyond this limit, thus confining its optimal performance to temperatures not exceeding 60 ºC. Beyond this, it softens or dissipates, compromising lubrication effectiveness.
(2) With exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease maintains stability without emulsifying when exposed to water. Ideal for lubricating mechanical components operating in humid conditions or direct water contact.
(3) Exhibiting superior shearing and thixotropic stability, this grease remains intact on surfaces after agitation, ensuring a secure sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Thanks to its unique short fiber structure and minimal strength limit, calcium base grease demonstrates excellent pumping capabilities. When matched with similar mineral oil and consistency,
it binds more effectively than other soaps such as sodium or aluminum-based greases.
Despite its origins tracing back to the 1930s, calcium-base grease retains its prominence globally. It's adept at lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed, medium-load applications across devices like small to medium motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and machinery in metallurgy and textiles.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
