Calcium base grease This outstanding grease is crafted from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, thickened by the expertise of natural fatty acid calcium soap synthesis.
This exceptional grease harnesses the power of synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to thicken its medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, offering superior performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) Calcium base grease forms highly dispersed fibers due to calcium soap's ability to create hydrates in mineral oil. These hydrates break down at about 100 ºC, which is why the grease softens beyond this temperature threshold, capping its effective range typically at 60 ºC. Surpassing this limit may cause the grease to soften excessively, risking loss of lubrication integrity.
(2) Featuring remarkable water resistance, calcium base grease withstands emulsification and deterioration when exposed to water. It excels in lubricating mechanical components operative in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) With excellent shearing and thixotropy stability, this grease remains steadfast on contact surfaces even after agitation, enhancing sealing effectiveness and preventing leakage.
(4) Thanks to its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts superior pumping performance compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum varieties.
Calcium-based grease binds more readily at the same consistency, outshining other soap-based alternatives in ease of application.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
