Product Description

Introduction:

Calcium base grease is a remarkable lubricant crafted from mineral lubricating oil, boasting medium viscosity and thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap. This sophisticated synthesis of calcium base grease ensures exceptional performance.
It features a composition of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, uniquely thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, offering reliability and efficiency.
Performance Characteristics

(1) Calcium soap forms hydrates with water, allowing calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil only in this hydrated state. However, these hydrates undergo hydrolysis at around 100 ºC, which is why calcium base grease tends to lose its consistency past 100 ºC. Thus, its functional temperature range is generally capped at 60 ºC. Exceeding this limit may cause the grease to soften or diminish, risking effective lubrication.

(2) Noteworthy for its outstanding water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation even when exposed to water. This exceptional feature makes it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components operating in moist environments or under water exposure.

(3) Calcium base grease exhibits impressive shearing stability and thixotropy. Even when agitated, it retains its position on the operating surface, ensuring a sealing effect without leakage.

(4) Known for its excellent pumping performance due to short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium-based grease, when made with identical mineral oil and consistency, binds more effortlessly than its sodium or aluminum counterparts.

This grease, though an age-old variety from the 1930s, continues to be a globally prevalent choice today. It is apt for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed and load conditions across equipment like motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
