This premium-grade Calcined Petroleum Coke is crafted by processing top-tier raw "green" petroleum coke in state-of-the-art rotary kilns, subjected to the intense heat of 1200 degrees C.
Up to 1350 degrees C (2192 to 2460 F). These elevated temperatures effectively eliminate surplus moisture, eradicate residual hydrocarbons, and
transform the crystalline matrix of the coke, resulting in a denser, and highly electrically conductive material. Within hours,
the calcined petroleum coke cools from 1350 degrees C to below 200 degrees C, ensuring safety for handling and
ready transport to storage facilities or direct loading into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.
----The predominant applications for calcined petroleum coke include its use in prebaked anodes and anode pastes for electrolytic aluminum production, carbonizers in the carbon industry, graphite electrodes, industrial silicon smelting, and as a reliable fuel source.
