Calcium Base Grease Our calcium base grease is masterfully crafted using mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity. Enriched by natural fatty acid calcium soap, this grease is synthesized to offer optimal performance.
This premium grease is formulated with mineral lubricating oil, thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior efficacy in demanding conditions.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique composition of calcium soap and water forms hydrates, which are essential for creating highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. These hydrates hydrolyze at about 100 ºC, marking the upper limit for calcium base grease's consistency. Typically performing best below 60 ºC, exceeding this temperature can soften the grease, compromising lubrication quality.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration, even in wet conditions. It is ideally suited for lubricating a variety of mechanical components exposed to moisture or water.
(3) With exceptional shearing and thixotropy stability, this grease maintains its effectiveness on the action surface even after agitation, providing a reliable sealing effect without dislodgement.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts superior pumping performance. When using the same mineral oil and
achieving the same consistency, it exhibits better binding capabilities than other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based varieties.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
