Calcium base grease This versatile lubricant is crafted from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. The synthesis of calcium base grease ensures optimal performance.
Designed with precision, it incorporates mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity and is thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, enhancing its efficiency.
Performance characteristics
(1) Harnessing the unique properties of calcium soap hydrates, this grease forms highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, its consistency reduces above 100 ºC due to hydrolysis, thus limiting its operational temperature to below 60 ºC. Exceeding this threshold may cause the grease to soften or degrade, compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, the calcium base grease does not easily emulsify or deteriorate, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical components exposed to wet environments or in direct contact with water.
(3) The grease boasts superior shearing and thixotropic stability. Even after agitation, it remains effective on contact surfaces, providing a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) With outstanding pumping capabilities, attributed to its short fiber and low strength limit, this grease demonstrates superior binding qualities compared to other soap-based greases, including sodium- or aluminum-based types.
When maintaining a consistent formulation, calcium-based grease exhibits enhanced cohesion, outperforming other soap-based alternatives.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
