Calcium base grease Crafted from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil and expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, calcium base grease is innovatively synthesized.
This exceptional grease consists of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, meticulously thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance characteristics
(1) Due to the unique properties of calcium soap hydrates forming highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil, the grease's consistency declines above 100 ºC, restricting its use to temperatures below 60 ºC. Beyond this threshold, the grease softens, compromising lubrication.
(2) Calcium base grease boasts excellent water resistance, maintaining its integrity without emulsification or deterioration, ideal for lubricating mechanical components in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) With remarkable shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease remains steadfast on active surfaces, creating an effective seal without displacement, even after agitation.
(4) Featuring superior pumping performance due to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease binds more easily than other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based alternatives.
This ease in binding is achieved while maintaining the same consistency and utilizing the same mineral oil, enhancing its practical application.
Despite originating in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains globally prevalent, adept for lubricating medium-speed and load bearings in motors, pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
