Calcium Base Grease This innovative grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap, and synthesized for optimal performance.
The grease is meticulously developed from mineral lubricating oil, with a medium viscosity, thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to ensure superior lubrication.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Thanks to the formation of hydrates between calcium soap and water, calcium soap can only manifest highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil in hydrate form. These hydrates hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, explaining the degradation of consistency above this temperature, thus constraining the operating temperature range. Ideally, usage should not exceed 60 ºC, beyond which the grease softens or depletes, compromising effective lubrication.
(2) The calcium base grease boasts impressive water resistance, ensuring it does not emulsify or degrade upon contact with water. This makes it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components in moist conditions or when water exposure is inevitable.
(3) With outstanding shearing stability and thixotropic stability, the grease remains steadfast on surfaces, providing a sealing effect when agitated and then allowed to rest, without slinging off.
(4) Due to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, the calcium base grease excels in pumping performance compared to other soap-based greases.
When using identical mineral oil and achieving the same consistency, calcium-based grease binds more effectively than its sodium or aluminum-based counterparts.
Despite its inception in the 1930s, calcium-based grease continues to be globally prevalent. It finds applications in lubricating rolling and sliding bearings under moderate speeds and loads in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy equipment, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
