This expertly roasted carbon block boasts a stable geometric shape, earning its reputation as a pre-baked anode carbon block, otherwise known as a carbon anode for aluminum electrolysis.
Our pre-baked anode is a cornerstone in the production of electrolytic aluminum, with approximately 0.5 tons consumed per ton of aluminum produced. Acting as both a conductive anode and an active participant in electrochemical reactions, it is the 'Heart' of the pre-baked aluminum electrolytic cell. The superior quality of this material significantly influences the economic performance of electrolytic aluminum production, remaining an indispensable bulk material in modern aluminum smelting processes.
