Product Description

Introduction:

Calcium base grease is a masterful creation, synthesized from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil beautifully thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap. This sophisticated calcium base grease is artfully crafted.
It is expertly manufactured using mineral lubricating oil, which is deftly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a product of remarkable quality.
Performance Characteristics

(1) Uniquely, calcium soap in combination with water forms hydrates that enable the creation of highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. As these hydrates are sensitive to temperature, they hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC. Beyond this temperature, the calcium base grease experiences a decrease in consistency, limiting its application range to a maximum of 60 ºC, beyond which it may soften or fail, thus affecting lubrication.

(2) This calcium base grease exhibits outstanding water resistance, resisting emulsification and deterioration even when exposed to water. It is reliably used for lubricating various mechanical parts in moist environments or where contact with water is inevitable.

(3) The grease boasts impressive shearing stability along with thixotropy stability. When subjected to motion and then left at rest, it remarkably retains its position on the operational surface, providing an effective sealing function without displacement.

(4) The calcium base grease demonstrates exceptional pumping performance, attributed to its short fiber structure and low strength limit. When employing a similar mineral oil and

achieving the same consistency, this calcium-based grease is more readily cohesive than other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based options.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, the calcium-based grease remains a steadfast and widely favored choice globally, ideal for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings operating at medium speeds and loads in numerous applications including small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
