It is formulated with mineral lubricating oil, possessing a medium viscosity, expertly thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, offering enhanced performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) Due to the unique interaction of calcium soap and water forming hydrates, only in their hydrate form can calcium soap achieve highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. These hydrates undergo hydrolysis around 100 ºC, explaining why calcium base grease begins to lose consistency above this temperature threshold, constraining its operational temperature range. Generally, it should not exceed 60 ºC; beyond this, the grease softens, risking inadequate lubrication.
(2) Remarkable for its strong water resistance, calcium base grease does not easily emulsify or degrade when exposed to water. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical components in moist environments or those in direct contact with water.
(3) Exhibiting excellent shearing stability and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease retains its presence on active surfaces even after agitation, providing a sealing effect without dispersing.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts exceptional pumping performance. Using identical mineral oil and
achieving the same consistency, it binds more easily than other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based varieties.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally preferred choice today. It is suitable for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings operating at medium speed and load in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, textile machinery, and more.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
