Calcium base grease This exceptional grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, masterfully thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap. The synthesis of calcium base grease is a delicate art form.
Engineered with precision, it utilizes mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance characteristics
(1) Experience the unique synergy of calcium soap and water forming hydrates, allowing calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. Be aware that at temperatures around 100 ºC, these hydrates hydrolyze, causing calcium base grease to lose consistency, limiting its effective temperature range to no more than 60 ºC. Beyond this, the grease may become overly soft or depleted, compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its robustness, calcium base grease boasts excellent water resistance, maintaining its integrity without emulsification even when exposed to water. It's perfect for lubricating mechanical parts in damp environments or in direct water contact.
(3) With admirable shearing stability and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease stays steadfast under agitation, clinging to action surfaces to ensure a sealing effect while preventing dispersion.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease excels in pumping performance, rendering it easier to manage compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based types.
Achieving the same consistency with calcium-based grease becomes less cumbersome, making it a preferred choice over its soap-based counterparts.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally popular choice, ideal for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings at moderate speeds and loads across small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
