Introduction:
Calcium base grease is a sophisticated formulation crafted from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. This results in an efficient calcium base grease, engineered through a synthesis process.
This grease utilizes mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for optimal performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water creates hydrates, which enable the formation of highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. These hydrates hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, explaining why the consistency of calcium base grease diminishes beyond this temperature. Typically, the operational limit is 60 ºC, beyond which the grease becomes soft or may even disperse, hindering lubrication effectiveness.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable and non-emulsive upon water exposure, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in moist environments or where water contact occurs.
(3) This grease exhibits remarkable shearing stability and thixotropic properties, ensuring it adheres to surfaces even after agitation, providing a robust sealing effect without any splatter.
(4) The grease boasts superior pumping efficiency due to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold. When formulated with the same mineral oil and consistency, calcium-based grease binds more easily than alternatives like sodium-based or aluminum-based greases.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
