Our product is formulated using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, meticulously thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for optimal performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water results in hydrates that form highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze around 100 ºC, which is why the grease gradually loses its consistency above this temperature, limiting its effective range. Ideally, the temperature should not exceed 60 ºC to prevent the grease from softening or losing its consistency, ensuring reliable lubrication.
(2) With superior water resistance, calcium base grease does not easily emulsify or deteriorate in wet conditions. It is well-suited for the lubrication of various mechanical components operating in moist environments or that encounter water.
(3) Boasting excellent shearing stability and thixotropy, this grease maintains its presence on active surfaces even after agitation, providing an effective seal without dispersing.
(4) The grease exhibits outstanding pumping performance due to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold. When using the same mineral oil and achieving identical consistency,
calcium-based grease binds more effectively than other soap-based greases like sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
Despite being developed in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains widely used across the globe today. It is ideal for lubricating medium-speed, medium-load rolling and sliding bearings in small to medium-sized machines, such as motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and various textile and metallurgical equipment.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
