Composed of medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, this product embodies advanced engineering.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Unique for its formation of hydrates, calcium soap creates highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. The hydrate composite begins to hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, leading to diminished consistency beyond this threshold. Thus, the optimal temperature range is generally capped at 60 ºC to avoid softening and ensure reliable lubrication.
(2) Exhibiting superior water resistance, Calcium Base Grease remains stable and resists emulsification, making it ideal for mechanical parts exposed to moisture or direct water contact.
(3) With exceptional shearing and thixotropy stability, even after agitation, this grease maintains presence on operational surfaces, providing a sealing effect without dispersion.
(4) Its short fibers and low strength threshold grant Calcium Base Grease excellent pumpability. When formulated with identical mineral oil,
and consistency, it offers easier binding compared to other soap-based greases like sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, this classic grease remains prevalent globally. It efficiently lubricates rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed, medium-load applications such as motors, pumps, tractors, automotive systems, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
