Performance characteristics
(1) The unique formulation of calcium soap hydrates allows for the formation of highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil only in the presence of these hydrates. However, the hydrolysis of these hydrates occurs at approximately 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss in consistency beyond this temperature. Consequently, the temperature range of calcium base grease tends to be limited to a maximum of 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature may result in the grease softening or deteriorating, thereby compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration during water exposure. It is ideal for lubricating various mechanical components operating in humid environments or in direct contact with water.
(3) Exhibiting remarkable shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease retains its position on surfaces, even when agitated and then left to rest. This stability generates a sealing effect, preventing grease dispersion.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease demonstrates exceptional pumpability. When formulated to the same consistency using identical mineral oil, this grease outperforms other soap-based variants, like sodium-based or aluminum-based greases, in terms of ease of application.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
