Calcium base grease is an exceptional lubricant crafted from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap. This remarkable grease is expertly synthesized to meet high standards.
This premium grease is formulated from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, skillfully thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) The unique trait of calcium soap forming hydrates with water allows it to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze around 100 ºC, causing the grease to gradually lose consistency above this temperature. This limits calcium base grease to function optimally below 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature causes the grease to soften or degrade, risking the assurance of effective lubrication.
(2) Possessing excellent water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable, resisting emulsification and degradation even when exposed to water. This makes it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in wet environments or when in contact with water.
(3) Outfitted with outstanding shearing stability and thixotropic stability, this grease retains its presence on action surfaces, even after agitation, ensuring a reliable sealing effect without dispersal.
(4) The grease demonstrates excellent pumping performance due to its short fiber structure and low strength limit. When maintaining the same mineral oil and
ensuring consistent consistency, calcium-based grease binds more efficiently compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based types.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
