Calcium Base Grease Our premium Calcium Base Grease is meticulously crafted from medium-viscosity mineral lubricating oil, thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap for outstanding performance.
This grease stands out as it utilizes mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened by state-of-the-art synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring durability and efficiency.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique ability of calcium soap to form hydrates enables it to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss of consistency if temperatures exceed this point. Thus, to ensure optimal lubrication, it is advised to maintain temperatures below 60 ºC.
(2) Renowned for its exceptional water resistance, this calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation upon water exposure, making it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) Exhibiting remarkable shearing stability and thixotropy, this grease maintains its presence on operational surfaces even after agitation, providing an effective seal without dispersion.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts superb pumping efficiency. When using identical mineral oil and achieving the same consistency,
calcium-based grease ensures easier binding than its soap-based counterparts like sodium or aluminum-based greases.
Despite its vintage origins tracing back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally favored choice for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings under medium speed and load conditions, perfect for small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, as well as in metallurgy and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
